The Arthrex DualWave arthroscopy pump is a versatile fluid management system that supports both inflow and outflow functions, and can also operate as a dedicated inflow-only pump. Designed for safety, reliability, and ease of use, the DualWave pump ensures consistent, non-pulsed control of intra-articular rinsing and distention pressure throughout all stages of arthroscopic surgery. It delivers continuous, pulse-free flow, quickly adjusting to changes in intra-articular pressure to maintain joint distention, even during high shaver extraction volumes or when using secondary outflow. Inflow pressure and outflow rates can be easily adjusted via a touchscreen panel or remote control, allowing for user-defined settings tailored to the surgical needs.
